Free pilot, then a fee only when a patient books
No monthly fee, no set-up fee, no risk to your clinic while we prove the flow works.
1. Free pilot
Runs for 14 days or until 10 enquiries have been passed to you, whichever comes first. No cost. No obligation to continue.
2. A fee per booked patient
After the pilot, you pay a fee for each patient we introduce who books treatment with you. The amount is agreed in writing before the pilot starts. Nothing is payable for enquiries that do not book.
3. Optional extras, later
If the volume justifies it, we can discuss a monthly arrangement for more of the intake work. Only if you want it.
Simple, written terms
- You decide everything clinical. Suitability, treatment plan, price, consent and aftercare.
- Attribution for about 12 months. Patients we introduce stay attributed to Smile Passage for that period, including repeat or follow-on treatment, so the fee is fair for both sides.
- Honest reporting. You tell us which introduced patients booked, and we reconcile it together each month.
- Patient price is unaffected. Our fee must not be added to what the patient pays.
- Either side can stop at the end of the pilot, or on short written notice afterwards.
The full partner agreement is a short document. We will send a plain-English draft once you say you are interested.
What we ask of your clinic
- One named contact who can answer enquiries from patients we pass to you
- A reply to each enquiry within an agreed time, for example one working day
- Your approved route for patients to send photos and X-rays
- A short monthly note on which introduced patients booked

Questions clinics ask
Do you represent the clinic to patients?
No. We are clear with patients that we are an independent coordination service, and that clinical advice and prices come from you.
Will you handle patients' medical information?
Our default is that we do not hold health files. We collect a short enquiry, share it with consent, and point patients to your own secure route for photos and X-rays.
Is there an exclusivity requirement?
No. We want to start with a small number of clinics and are not asking for exclusivity during the pilot.
What happens if a patient says no?
Nothing is owed for enquiries that do not book. We would stop contacting the patient if asked.
Do you need access to our systems?
No. Email and a shared status note are enough to start.
