What Smile Passage is

Smile Passage is a coordination and introduction service run by Arthur Rozitas, a sole trader trading as Smile Passage. We help patients send an enquiry to independent dental clinics in Tbilisi, Georgia, and help with trip arrangements such as interpretation, flights guidance, hotels and transfers. We are not a dental clinic, a healthcare provider or a travel insurer.

No medical advice

Nothing on this website or in our messages is medical or dental advice, a diagnosis, or a recommendation of treatment. Only the clinic can assess you and tell you whether treatment is suitable. The clinic is solely responsible for diagnosis, treatment plan, timing, risks, consent, aftercare and price.

Clinics are independent

Clinics we introduce are independent businesses. We are not their employees, agents or partners in providing care. Your treatment contract is with the clinic. Any price we mention is indicative until the clinic confirms it in writing. We do not guarantee results, savings or timelines.

How we are paid

Partner clinics pay Smile Passage a fee when a patient we introduce books treatment with them. This is a commercial benefit we receive. It is not added to the price you pay the clinic, and it does not affect the clinic’s treatment advice. Clinics cannot pay to be recommended. If we ever receive commission from a hotel, transfer or other travel provider, we will tell you before you book and give you an alternative. If you choose services we arrange for you, such as interpretation or transfers, we give you the price before you agree.

Trip arrangements

Travel information on this site (flights, entry rules, transfers, hotels) is general guidance, not travel, immigration or insurance advice, and can change. Please check current official information before you travel, including GOV.UK’s Georgia travel advice. Third-party providers (airlines, hotels, drivers) are responsible for their own services.

Urgent symptoms

We are an enquiry service, not an emergency service. If you have severe pain, swelling, fever, bleeding or difficulty breathing, contact a local dentist, emergency services or the nearest hospital.

Using the website

Please use the site lawfully and give accurate information in enquiries. We try to keep the content correct and current, but we do not promise it is free from error.

Our responsibility

We take reasonable care in providing our service. We are not liable for the clinic’s advice or treatment, or for travel providers’ services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. [Lawyer to finalise liability wording]
