How the pilot works

A free pilot first. A fee only when an introduced patient books.

The plain-language terms we offer partner clinics. A short written agreement follows before anything starts, and it will be reviewed by a lawyer before anyone signs.

Three stages

1. Free pilot

Lasts 14 days or until we have passed you 10 enquiries, whichever comes first. No set-up fee, no monthly fee, no obligation to continue.

2. A fee per booked patient

If you want to continue, you pay a fee for each introduced patient who books treatment with you. The amount is agreed in writing before the pilot starts.

3. Monthly check together

You send a short monthly note on which introduced patients booked. We compare it with our records and agree it together.

The pilot terms in plain language

  1. Free for 14 days or 10 enquiries. The pilot ends when the 14th day passes or the 10th enquiry reaches you, whichever is first.
  2. An “enquiry” means a UK-based patient who has agreed that we share their details with your clinic and who asks for treatment information.
  3. You decide everything about treatment and price. We never give medical advice.
  4. You pay nothing during the pilot. No fee for the enquiries we pass you in this period, whether or not they book.
  5. A fee only when a patient books. After the pilot, you pay a fee for each introduced patient who books treatment. The amount is agreed in writing before the pilot starts. There is no monthly fee.
  6. Patients stay attributed to us for 12 months from the day we introduce them, so a patient who books later, or comes back for more treatment, is still counted fairly.
  7. Our fee is never added to the patient’s price.
  8. You tell us which introduced patients booked. A short monthly note, reconciled together.
  9. Patient information. We share only what the patient agreed to share. Photos, X-rays and records go to your own route. You handle patient data under your own legal duties.
  10. Either of us can stop. At the end of the pilot, or later in writing with 14 days’ notice. Patients already introduced stay attributed for the 12 months.
  11. Written agreement. Before the pilot starts we send you a short, plain-English agreement to read.
What we do not promise: any particular number of patients, or results. The pilot is how we both find out.
